sigh australia's internet speed is frustratingly slow.
i've been trying to upload photos for the past few weeks but to no avail.
went for an 'end child slavery' concert last night.
it was such a cool experience.
the crowd was unexpectedly small when we arrived
but the energy was still pretty amazing.
i was particularly impressed when an aussie band called the hampdens
did a cover of the postal service's 'the district sleeps alone tonight'.
totally made my night :)
aside from the novelty factor and the good bands,
the concert succeeded in alerting me to the reality of child labour in many 3rd world countries.
so i'm here to say stop buying cadbury and start buying fair trade chocolate.
